I lost my certificate.

Only Certificates earned in EDGE 2.0 will show in the certification section of EDGE 2.0.
If you completed your course in EDGE 2.0 then you have to update profile and then download certificate from mandatory module as shown on pages 38 and 36 here: https://img.ipcedge.org/Edge%202.0%20User%20Guide%20-%20v1.pdf

If you completed the course prior to the new system, then you will not be able to retrieve a physical copy of your certificate, but can still retrieve your certification information as described below

All people may log in to certification portal https://certification.ipcedge.org/ and click on My Certification Summary to see all certificates and certificate numbers. You can show proof as training in my certification summary or use for audit purposes.
