Early Recertification
To add optional modules after the 90-day cut-off or for recertifying outside of the 6-month recertification window for any other reason, please follow the steps below.
Instructions
A new class must first be created by the trainer and students enrolled.
All standard fees for the new class apply and are listed in the P&P.
The CIT enters a Help Desk ticket. They can either go to the Help drop-down in the Edge portal or use the following link: https://ipcinc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
Provide the student’s name, email address and the class ID of the new class created. State the reason for the early recertification.
Old scores from the previous exam(s) will be archived and the trainer will be notified.
The new exam(s) can then be scheduled.
