I know my student is certified, why can’t I find them when I try to validate them?
When validating a certification in the certification portal the certificate must be entered exactly as it appears in our database. You must also include the prefix. If you still can’t find the student, you can submit a Help Desk ticket requesting assistance from the Certification team. If you have the Company Certification Summary view or the Certification Administration Summary view, you can also view their information.
