Early Recertification

To add optional modules after the 90-day cut-off or for recertifying outside of the 6-month recertification window for any other reason, please follow the steps below.

 Instructions

A new class must first be created by the trainer and students enrolled.

  • The CIT enters a Help Desk ticket.  They can either go to the Help drop-down in the Edge portal or use the following link:  https://ipcinc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

  • Provide the student’s name, email address and the class ID of the new class created. State the reason for the early recertification.

  • We will archive old scores from the previous exam(s) and notify the trainer.

  • The new exam(s) can then be scheduled.
