The CIT enters a Help Desk ticket. They can either go to the Help drop-down in the Edge portal or use the following link: https://ipcinc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
Provide the student’s name, email address and the class ID of the new class created in a Help Desk ticket. State the reason for the early recertification.
We will clear old scores from the previous exam(s) and notify the trainer.
The new exam(s) can then be scheduled.
